Teaching Philosophy
I believe music has a unique ability to shape and enrich every part of our lives. It sparks creativity, strengthens the mind, and uplifts the soul. In music education, students go far beyond learning notes on a page, they develop essential life skills like problem-solving, imagination, and teamwork.
The process of learning an instrument and performing also builds character: nurturing confidence, perseverance, focus, and a strong sense of achievement. Music isn't just something we do, it's something that helps us grow.

My Values
1 — Openness & Mutual Respect
We grow stronger by listening to and learning from different perspectives. Everyone’s voice matters, and we foster an environment where ideas are welcomed, and people are treated with kindness and care.
2 — Imagination & Innovation
Creativity is at the heart of how we teach and learn. We’re curious, adaptable, and always looking for engaging ways, including through technology, to spark inspiration and deepen understanding.
3 — Belonging & Connection
We thrive when we learn together. Being part of a musical community means supporting each other, celebrating growth, and building something greater than what any of us could do alone.
4 — Collaboration & Generosity
We believe in lifting each other up by sharing knowledge and learning together. Teaching is never one-way—it’s a mutual exchange that helps us all grow.
